Fifteen years ago a special group of people took a leap of faith and supported my effort to introduce our training program to local correctional facilities for at-risk youth and adults. Our collective persistence was the foundation on which our Cell Dogs organization was built.
What a great way to celebrate our 15th Anniversary: a thriving program at the Theo Lacy county jail facility in Orange, relaunching the program at OC Probation - Juvenile Hall after a long pause due to the pandemic, multiple service dogs in training, ESA program, and a growing network of shelter and rescue group partnerships!
